1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing japaneseseo.agency or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services Description

Japanese SEO Agency provides search engine optimization services focused on the Japanese market, including but not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and local SEO for businesses targeting Google.co.jp and related Japanese search platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business, website, and SEO objectives
  • Grant necessary access to website analytics, search console accounts, and content management systems
  • Review and approve content and strategy recommendations within agreed timelines
  • Ensure their website and business practices comply with applicable laws and search engine guidelines
  • Not engage in activities that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines or Japanese advertising regulations

4. Service Delivery

SEO is an ongoing process with results that typically manifest over weeks and months. While we employ proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results depend on numerous factors including competition, website history, and market conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Japanese SEO Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes. Pre-existing client content and trademarks remain the property of the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, keyword research, and competitive intelligence. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date. We will provide reasonable transition assistance including transfer of account access and documentation of work completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Japanese SEO Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Japanese SEO Agency from claims arising from the client's website content, business practices, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
